Randstad are recruiting for a Team Manager for Qualified Social Worker to join Bath & North East Somerset Council in the Safeguarding Adults & Quality Assurance team. This Contract role is full

About the role:
The post holder will play a key role in the delivery of the Council's Adult Safeguarding responsibilities and in ensuring that Assessment and Care Planning are of high quality and delivered within the Council's agreed resources. In addition the post holder will make a key contribution to professional and practise development and training across the People and Communities Directorate in the Council and partner organisations as required. Also will be a champion of best practise, quality service delivery and the inclusion and involvement of service users and carers.
Requirements:
- Social Work England Registered (SWE)
- Enhanced DBS
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
