About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and work closely with statutory criminal justice agencies. Your role will involve providing supported housing solutions for individuals transitioning from prison, empowering them to build resilience, develop essential skills, and gain independence.As a Casework Coordinator, you will manage referrals, assess clients' needs, and offer tailored support to help them sustain housing and achieve positive life changes. You will also build strong partnerships with key agencies such as the National Probation Service, the Police, and other criminal justice and support services to ensure comprehensive support.Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and progress referrals into the service and monitor outcomes for service users
  • Implement and oversee client support plans and risk assessments
  • Provide advice, information, and support to clients, enabling them to access appropriate services
  • Ensure new clients understand their rights, responsibilities, and the conditions of their licence agreement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our client record system

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs
  • Understanding of the causes of offending, homelessness, and social exclusion, and approaches to address these issues
  • Valid driving licence and access to a car for business purposes
