Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Location: Bath Position: LSA (Full-Time) Term Time Only: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm) Start Date: 4th March 2025 Five Education is seeking a passionate, full-time Teaching Assistant to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and trauma. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable students and be able to provide both academic and emotional support, building trusting relationships to foster growth. You will be expected to assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons, offer one-on-one support to students, and help create a safe and positive learning environment. A compassionate and patient approach is essential, as well as the ability to establish trusting relationships with students to encourage their academic and personal development.
