About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and additional needs within a specialist provision in Bath. In this role, you will:

Work closely with pupils across different Key Stages, ensuring they can access education and training in a safe and supportive environment.
Assist students with tasks set by the teacher, helping them build confidence and independence.
Use communication methods such as PECS, Makaton, BSL, or other specialist tools to aid learning.
Foster positive interactions, promote self-reliance, and celebrate every small achievement.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEN, ASD, MLD, SpLD, or other learning barriers.
