Role Overview: Primary SEN Support Assistant - Bath

As a Primary SEN Support Assistant, you'll provide tailored 1:1 support to a child, helping them access the curriculum and thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer 1:1 support, adapting strategies to meet the child's specific needs.
  • Assist with classroom activities, ensuring full participation in lessons.
  • Implement Individual Education Plan (IEP) strategies in collaboration with the class teacher and SENCO.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes the child's personal growth.
  • Support social interactions, encouraging positive peer relationships.
