Reed Business Support in Bath is delighted to be working in conjunction with a local Bath based business in their search for a Sales Consultant. Renowned for delivering an excellent customer experience, from individual items to complete makeovers. Come and join their friendly and supportive team. Full training will be provided.
Typical daily duties include:- Working directly with customers to determine their needs and provide solutions that meet their price points.
- Communicating with customers in person, over the phone, and electronically, both in the showroom and during home visits.
- Preparing customer plans and quotations following initial consultations and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Continuously improving product knowledge through varied training programs.
- Conducting customer site surveys using company vehicles.
- The role includes working Saturdays and four other days during the week.
- Retail sales experience with a proven track record in customer service.
- Ability to organise time effectively to meet deadlines and timescales.
- Computer literacy, with experience in using CAD software being beneficial.
- Full, clean UK driving licence is essential as the role involves home surveys.
