Your new roleYou will lead on multi-million-pound home improvement schemes, making strategic decisions which transform thousands of homes across the region. As a Senior Surveyor, you will help to build and develop a high-performing team of technical project managers who will deliver projects. As an experienced contract / project professional, you will lead and manage planned maintenance projects, ensuring that projects are compliant with health and safety regulations, managing budgets and resources throughout, and liaising with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to demonstrate technical excellence with brilliant leadership skills, balancing targets with resident needs. You may be working in the private sector, looking to move onto the client-side, or may already be working in social housing or the public sectors - experience from either side of the fence will be considered. What you'll get in return

  • Salary of £53,500 inclusive of £900 car allowance.
  • 26 days annual leave + bank holidays rising to 29 days after 3 years service.
  • Hybrid working options - 2 / 3 days either in the office, or on patch, with the remainder of your week from home.
