Area to be covered: South West & South Wales (ideally based Bristol & Bath)
Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + commission paid quarterly
Benefits: Fully expensed hybrid car & benefits
The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Ceramic Tiles will involve:
- Specification sales role promoting a manufactured range of wall and floor ceramic tiles
- Majority of your time will be spent selling to & generating specification with architects, interior designers (A&D) and housebuilders
- Remainder of your time managing relationships with main contractors, D&B contractors and tiling contractors
- Area capable to turnover £1m+
- Strong project bank to inherit however will be expected to generate new business
- Working on projects from £250,000+
- Conducting CPD presentations
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Ceramic Tiles with:
- Must have interior building product experience
- Ideally A&D specification experience however would consider a merchants / contractor
- Contacts within architects & interior designers in the Bristol region advantageous
- Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Excellent presenter
- Smart and presentable in appearance
