Title: Van DriverGi Group is working in partnership with one of the most trusted and successful parcel delivery business, which has an exciting opportunity for you to join their team as a self-employed driver.Location: Edinburgh, EH48Pay rate - £117.00 per day + weekly performance bonus!Hours of work:

  • Working up to 9 hours per day with start times between 10.30am and 12.00pm
  • Full time and Part time available

Start Date: As soon as possibleTraining: Full training providedSelf-Employed Driver Responsibilities include:

  • Loading of vehicle each morning
  • High volume deliveries following 3-week onboarding process.
  • "Job and knock" - paid day rate

Self-Employed Driver Requirements:

  • A full and valid Cat B Driving licence (manual licence)
  • A maximum of 6 points on your licence
  • A minimum of 1 year's driving is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 months commercial van driving experience for Multi-Drop Delivery is preferred.
  • Driving licence must be in current home address.
  • We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative.
  • We're looking for someone with good people skills that are helpful and friendly.
  • You must be physically fit to be able to manually load parcels into a van (up to 25kg)
  • You will be required to pass basic DBS and Drug & Alcohol test.
