Salary: £45K Basic + OTE £55k Plus

About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role located at our HQ in Bathgate, with regular need to travel around the UK visiting existing and prospect customers.
The Sales/Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, quoting, following up and winning business, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.

Salary: £45k Basic + OTE £55k Plus
Commision: 15% Company Bonus
Experience
- B2B Sales Experience (1 year minimum for BDM)
- Managment Experience (1 year minimum for Sales Manager)
- Microsoft
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred
- Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Technical background is preferred
