Overview:We are now looking for a Data Analyst Support Apprentice to join our small (but perfectly formed) team. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will be joining us at an exciting time as we drive forward our ambition to help everyone suffering from gluten related symptoms to live a life of symptom free deliciousness.

Duties / What you’ll do: 

  • Work with ERP generated data and utilising technology solutions and related tools to improve data capture, storage, rationalisation, analysis, reporting & visualisation capabilities for the organisation
  • Implement development and modifications to ERP systems and processes to support specific business requirements
  • Provide a technical point of contact for internal staff, supporting their digital delivery requirements, providing advice and increasing value add and new business opportunities
  • Support unit, regression, and user acceptance testing. You will work with other Analysts on designing and operating data interfaces and APIs 
  • Provide general administration of the software systems, user maintenance, roles, security etc.
  • Respond and resolving to helpdesk requests
  • Troubleshoot (both technical and business process related issues)

What we are looking for: Skills & Attributes: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly present information
  • Ability to prioritise multiple work whilst remaining calm and professional

Desirable: 

  • SAP ByDesign
  • Microsoft Power Apps
  • Excel / PowerBI
  • Project Management

Having a driving licence is preferred or if you are currently sitting lessons would be beneficial, however this is not essential.

Salary:Will start at £21,000 annum. [Competitive salary based on experience – can increase up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience] - Will be confirmed upon interview. 

Working week: 37.5hrs a week, from 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday.
