Location: We are based in Inchcross Industrial Estate, Bathgate, EH48 2HR.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on level of experience.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

Administrator / Secretary – About the role:

As a Full-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support across various departments. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contribute to the overall efficiency of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Answering and directing phone calls
•  Managing and organizing office documentation and correspondence
•  Assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
•  Maintaining accurate filing systems and databases
•  Managing office supplies and ensuring inventory is up to date
•  Supporting the team with general office tasks and ad-hoc projects
•  Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
•  Handling emails and responding to queries in a professional manner

Required Skills and Experience:

•  Proven experience in an administrative role (minimum of 1 year preferred but not critical)
•  Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•  Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
•  Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

•  Previous experience in scetor
•  Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
•  Familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping is a plus
