HR Advisor

£30,000-35,000 per annum
Initial Temporary contract with the potential to be made Permanent
Reed HR are looking to recruit a hands on HR Advisor on an initial temporary basis for one of our top clients based in West Lothian. You will be involved in a full range of HR servies, supporting the HR team through through their busies time of the year.
This is an interesting role working within a highly ethical organisation who does great work throughout the UK.

Monday - Friday // 09:00 - 17:0 OR 08:30 - 17:00 (dependant)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, advise and guide managers when providing support and advice on employment relations issues to ensure legislative requirements are met
- Advise key stakeholders on HR and employment issues through partnership working to ensure a collaborative and consistent approach across all Strategic Business Units
- Undertake exit interviews when required and provide feedback to appropriate parties to encourage departmental and manager reviews and development
- Advise managers on the recruitment process and their recruitment strategies to find the most suitable person for the role.
- Contribute to the development and training of HR policies and procedures to minimise and manage risk.
What we're looking for:
- Previous HR Advisor / recruitment experience- Previous experience working closely within the onboarding team- Good level of admin skill- Solid IT skills particularly MS Office
