About Our Client:Our client is a top player in the construction and sustainability game. They're on the lookout for an HR Advisor to join their busy team on a temporary basis. You'll be handling everything from absence management to recruitment, on-boarding, and dealing with grievances.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the go-to person for all HR questions, providing quick and helpful support.
  • Keep employee records up to date and confidential.
  • Write up letters and contracts for new and current employees.
  • Help manage employee relations, including taking notes and giving HR advice during absence reviews, disciplinary actions, and grievance meetings.
  • Handle the recruitment process from start to finish, making sure candidates have a great experience.
  • Promote good communication and support employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
  • Assist the management team with various tasks and projects as needed.

  • Strong HR advisory and coaching skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Great interpersonal skills, maintaining discretion with confidential matters.
  • Well-organised, able to prioritise, multitask, and perform under pressure.
  • Able to work independently and also support the wider team.
