Temporary Contract - 4/6 weeks +

REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of UK's leading energy and compliance provider for the social housing sector, who are looking to recruit an 'HR Advisor' on a temporary basis for their current busy period whilst a member of staff is off sick. Working in the Bathgate office, you will be responsible for reporting into the HR Manager and assisting the team with various hr assignments.

This is an interesting role working within a highly ethical organisation who does great work throughout the UK.

Details:

Monday - Friday // 09:00 - 17:0 OR 08:30 - 17:00 (dependant)

Office Based - Bathgate

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

- Support, advise and guide managers when providing support and advice on employment relations issues to ensure legislative requirements are met

- Advise key stakeholders on HR and employment issues through partnership working to ensure a collaborative and consistent approach across all Strategic Business Units

- Undertake exit interviews when required and provide feedback to appropriate parties to encourage departmental and manager reviews and development

- Advise managers on the recruitment process and their recruitment strategies to find the most suitable person for the role.

- Contribute to the development and training of HR policies and procedures to minimise and manage risk.

What we're looking for:

- Previous HR Advisor / recruitment experience- Previous experience working closely within the onboarding team- Good level of admin skill- Solid IT skills particularly MS Office
