At STEM Recruitment we are working with a client who is looking for a Manufacturing Team Leader in West Lothian.
Daily duties:
- To supervise the day-to-day operations
- Ability to meet quality requirements, within the repair and manufacturing environment.
- To work effectively to meet company delivery targets whilst ensuring safety, cost and quality goals are met.
- Review and verifyinspection reports when necessary
- Create, review, test and verify new manufacturingprogrammes prior to release for inspection or production items.
- Monitor machines shop activities and ensure departmental documentation is complete, accurate and available to the QA department on completion.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment required.
- Previous experience in Programming and Inspection using software systems is essential
