Temporary Receptionist - Bathgate

Location: Bathgate

Contract: Temporary - 3 months

Pay Rate: £12 per hour

Are you a proactive and organised professional with excellent customer service skills? Our client is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join our team in Bathgate for a 3-month assignment. If you thrive in a fast-paced office environment and enjoy being the first point of contact, we'd love to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Manage all office correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Serve as the first point of contact, answering incoming calls and assisting with customer enquiries.
  • Schedule and book meetings, including coordinating any catering requirements.
  • Monitor and reorder front office supplies as needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents.
  • Receive and distribute deliveries efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
