We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator based in Bathgate for one of our clients on a 6 month contract basis. Our client is a large, growing and reputable manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment on a national and international scale.
Responsibilities of the Administrator
- Administer all processes and procedures with regard to warranties, new service agreements and renewal of existing service agreements.
- Enter service agreements and renewals into the system.
- Assist with projects.
- Inputs engineer timesheets to produce monthly information required for payroll.
- Maintains day-to-day invoicing and service work in progress.
- Monitor queries.
- Create reports.
Requirements for a successful Administrator
- Previous Administration experience within a similar industry is essential.
- Strong IT skills.
- Experience creating and amending reports.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Â
