We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator based in Bathgate for one of our clients on a 6 month contract basis. Our client is a large, growing and reputable manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment on a national and international scale.

Responsibilities of the Administrator

  • Administer all processes and procedures with regard to warranties, new service agreements and renewal of existing service agreements.
  • Enter service agreements and renewals into the system.
  • Assist with projects.
  • Inputs engineer timesheets to produce monthly information required for payroll.
  • Maintains day-to-day invoicing and service work in progress.
  • Monitor queries.
  • Create reports.

Requirements for a successful Administrator

  • Previous Administration experience within a similar industry is essential.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Experience creating and amending reports.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
