Business Development Manager

STEM recruitment solutions have a superb opportunity for a Business Development Manager for their Electronics Manufacturing client based in the central belt of Scotland.

The position involves driving company sales across the northern region of the UK and could be based anywhere from Scotland, down to the Midlands. You will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record from the electronics industry, having connections across a variety of sectors.

In the job you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and winning new business.
• Building a robust sales pipeline and forecasting revenues
• Key account management of existing customers
• Expand relationships with existing customers to realise the full potential.
• Supporting the production of quotes to customers.
• Managing and developing the company CRM
• Assist and co-ordinate collaboration between all three divisions within the group with regards to all business development opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders within all 3 divisions.
• Monthly and quarterly sales projection reporting

There is an opportunity for the right individual to grow within the company. The business is expanding and there is room to develop over time into a Head of Sales role and manage the team, so an opportunity not to be missed!
