CLASS 1 DRIVER

MONDAY - FRIDAY: STARTS

£17.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are recruiting experienced Class 1 Night Trunkers for our well-established client based in Batley.

We are looking for drivers to work Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis covering temperature-controlled trunk runs.

Day to Day Duties

• Drive a Class 1 vehicle safely and efficiently
• Follow Company policies and procedures
• Comply with Driving rules and regulations
• Setting refrigerated trailer temperatures
• Ensuring daily vehicle checks are completed and unit is well presented at all times
• Trunk runs to depots
• Positive 'can do' attitude

Essential Skills

• Hold a valid UK Category CE Driving Licence
• Hold UK CPC and UK Digital Tachograph Card
• Have a minimum of 24 months experience driving CE vehicles
• Maximum of six penalty points with no major endorsement codes
• Work in a professional manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience operating temperature controlled trailers
