An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join a well-established engineering business on a permanent basis, working 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 3pm finish on Friday, an hourly rate of 15.00 per hour along with regular overtime, ongoing training and development and free parking.
They specialise in providing a range of metal forming processes to meet their client's needs, with state-of-the-art equipment, due to rapid growth they are looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to build and strengthen the team.
Press Brake Operator Duties:
- Setting and operating Press Brake Machines
- Batch work and one-off assignments
- Ability to understand technical drawings and apply technical information
- Inspecting and maintaining quality control before and after production
- Assisting in other areas when required
Press Brake Operator Experience:
- Experience of working in an engineering environment or similar
- Ability to read an interpret basic engineering drawings
- Operating Press Brakes in a leading or Assisting capacity
- Experience of driving a Counterbalance Fork Lift
- Knowledge of a variety of steel alloy grades
What is on offer to the Press Brake Operator:
- Paying 15.00 per hour dependant on experience
