Full job description

Are you looking for a rewarding role? Do you have experience working in an office? Do you have experience with inbound calls? Do you have an eye for detail? and can manage busy workloads?

As a Customer Service Advisor, we want you to bring your skills, knowledge and previous experience to the team. You’ll need to demonstrate your experience whilst dealing with our customers in a professional manner as you will be the main point of contact via email, phone or live web chat, common sense is needed as the role is not scripted and each call/email will be different.

We are a small friendly team with a positive can-do attitude. This is a non customer facing role working in our expanding head office based in Batley, West Yorkshire.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Previous office and customer service experience
  • Sales experience is an advantage
  • Inbound calls and emails in a similar role would be ideally suited to the position
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literate
  • Good numerical skills and attention to detail,
  • CRM experience an advantage
  • You will have the ability to listen and to think on your feet,
  • You will enjoy working in a small, friendly team and be approachable in nature
  • A can-do attitude

Fantastic working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (No evenings - giving you the great work/life balance) with one Saturday (9-4pm) per month on a rota system - flexibility required.

Duties -

  • Being the first point of contact to all new or existing customers, either over the phone or via email. (There is no face to face)
  • Dealing with a wide range of enquiries from pre sales, chasing orders, dealing with complaints, escalations to after sales.
  • Liaising with internal departments in order to resolve all customer queries fast and efficiently.
  • ?Liaise with third party suppliers/courier to resolve all customer queries fast and efficiently.
  • Element of administration to the role, updating systems, maintaining customer details and accounts.
