Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Batley £28,000Job Description:As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of our customer service operations for a busy manufacturing company supplying to national retailers. . This role focusses on ensuring efficient processes and timely responses to customer enquiries, without direct management of staff, although you will still mangage the work flow of two other team mebers, as a senior member of the support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor the workflow of customer service tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
