We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to join a welcoming community junior and infant school in Batley from Easter 2025.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for an EYFS specialist to provide high-quality early years education in a supportive and nurturing environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping young learners early experiences and helping them develop a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging and creative EYFS lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports childrens development.
Assess, track, and report on childrens progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support childrens learning journey.
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being among students.
Contribute to the wider school community and participate in school events.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in EYFS, particularly Reception class.
Strong understanding of child development and early learning strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
A clear enahcne DBS disclosure (or willingness to obtain one).
Right to work in the UK.
