Duties Include;* Front of house * Welcoming customers * Admin tasks * Promoting of products and services* Interacting with customers and directing them around the show room* Efficiently assisting customer enquiries * Product knowledge * Handling confidential post - incoming and outgoing* Following up customer phone calls * Supporting diary management * Scheduling appointments Key Skills and Requirements:* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Friendly and professional demeaner.* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.* Basic administrative skills and familiarity with handling correspondence.* Sales experience is preferred but not essential, a willingness to learn is key.If you're passionate about customer service and looking to be part of a friendly team, we'd love to hear from you, either apply online or send your cv direct
