About the Role:

- Pay: 85-95 per day, paid weekly

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEND in an Early Years setting.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support classroom activities and help with the preparation of learning materials.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to monitor and encourage student progress.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to children, focusing on their educational and developmental needs.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEND, particularly with Early Years and KS1 Children.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting children's individual needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in childcare, education, or SEND support is highly desirable.
