Role: CRO Specialist – Hybrid in Batley   

Salary: up to £35k DOE  

WorkingHours: 37.5 hours per week

General overview:

We are exclusively working with a retail business who are currently launching a new brand. This role is a new role created to assist with the optimisation and performance of the new websites, hosted on Magento 2.   

The CRO Specialist will work across multiple brands and will analyse user behaviours, identify barriers to conversion and conduct tests to improve the user journey and increase key performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse user behaviour across multiple brand websites using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings.
  • Identify conversion barriers within the Magento 2 platform and recommend solutions.
  • Develop hypotheses to improve conversion rates and key performance metrics.
  • Plan, execute, and report on A/B and multivariate tests across various brand websites.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to implement solutions.
  • Continuously track KPIs and provide actionable insights tailored to each brand.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new CRO tools to support optimisation efforts for all brands.

Ideal Experience

  • Proven experience as a CRO Specialist with a track record of optimising websites, analysing data and encouraging performance.
  • Experience of working with Magento 2.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to measure key metrics.
  • Experience in the retail or furniture industry is a plus.
