We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Batley, West Yorkshire. In this role, you will provide expert technical support, lead innovative IT projects, and mentor junior team members—all while working with cutting-edge technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong IT support experience, especially in the Managed Services industry, to join an ambitious and growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced technical support to clients, resolving complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Monitor and maintain clients' IT systems to minimize disruptions and downtime.
  • Lead the design and implementation of IT projects and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Act as an escalation point for junior engineers, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends to continually improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Expertise in Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Strong skills in virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
  • Proficiency in networking (Switching, Routing, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure, Entra, and Intune.
