Role: Paid Media Executive– Hybrid in Batley
Salary: up to £35k DOE
WorkingHours: 37.5 hours per week

General overview:
We are exclusively working with a retail business who are currently launching a new brand. This role is a new role created to support the execution and optimisation of paid campaigns for multiple brands.
The Paid Media Executive will be working across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram, and in conjunction with the Magento 2 platform, the role focuses on delivering measurable results and enhancing brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage paid media campaigns across multiple brands using platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and make real-time adjustments to optimise campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth audience and keyword research specific to each brand.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager and creative teams to develop and refine ad assets for multiple brands.
- Provide regular performance reports, including actionable insights for each brand.
- Test new ad formats, messaging, and targeting strategies to improve outcomes.
- Stay informed about trends and innovations in digital advertising to support campaigns for all brands.
Ideal Experience
- Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist with experience of managing ads across Google, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
- Experience of working with Magento 2 or within an Ecommerce focussed business would be ideal.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to measure key metrics.
- Experience of working within a product based company.
- Experience in the retail or furniture industry is a plus.
