We are seeking a full-time KS2 Teacher for a primary school in Batley, starting April and continuing until December. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a lasting impact on students' education.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored support where needed
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages confidence and independence
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil learning
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a structured classroom
- Prepare students for assessments while promoting a love for learning
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching KS2 (preferred)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
