We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Batley from April to July. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a friendly and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons
- Work with small groups and one-to-one to reinforce learning and support pupil progress
- Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide tailored support to pupils with varying needs, including those requiring additional assistance
- Help prepare learning resources and activities in line with the curriculum
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to the teacher
- Support the development of pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural skills
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a primary school, ideally in KS2 (Year 3 experience beneficial)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning
