Route 1 Recruitment are a local, family owned staffing solution based in West Yorkshire. Our current markets include, Transport & Logistics, Industrial & Warehouse and Engineering & Manufacturing, however we do service clients in construction.
Due to a fantastic start to the year and securing contracts throughout Yorkshire, we are now looking to expand our team with a 360 Recruitment Consultant who willadd to the business and grow clients already serviced.
You will be responsible for securing and servicing your own clients, and therefore you must have a strong sales background.
You will be working in a large team of recruiters, who are focused in the direction of our business and will support eachother to reach the goals.
Your working week, will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. You will also be entered into a team 'on call' rota where you will deal with business calls outside of your normal working hours.
Salary will be negotiable dependant upon experience.
Our ideal candidate will have Recruitment experience or be able to demonstrate a similar working environment.
