We are seeking a dedicated Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to join a welcoming primary school in the heart of a vibrant, historical town. This is a rewarding role designed to support the needs of individual pupils with tailored educational plans, helping them navigate their school day and make the most of their learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support for a pupil with additional needs
  • Implement individual education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO
  • Help the pupil access learning materials and develop social and communication skills
  • Offer encouragement and positive reinforcement to foster independent learning
