This Resident Liaison Officer serves as the primary point of contact for residents during estate services, planned reinvestment, and maintenance works. The role involves organising and attending resident meetings, conducting site visits, and ensuring clear communication about ongoing work. The officer is responsible for handling complaints, analysing customer satisfaction data, and promoting resident involvement in various forums and focus groups.

The ideal candidate should have experience in asset management or property functions, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. They must be adept at facilitating resident involvement, providing high-quality customer service, and using IT tools to produce reports and documents.
