First Achieve's Engineering Division are seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator for their client based in Battle who specialise in outdoor landscape products and solutions.

Please note this position is for a Late Shift (2pm-10pm, Monday - Friday, 41hrs/week).

£16.50-£17.50/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, and technical specifications to understand project requirements.
  • Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to weld fabricated metal components.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and prepare metal materials such as steel, aluminum, or stainless steel for fabrication.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery (such as grinders, saws, and shears) to form metal components.
  • Assemble fabricated parts into final products using jigs, clamps, or fixtures.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a MIG Welder/Fabricator or similar role.
  • Knowledge of MIG welding techniques and welding codes.
  • Familiarity with metal fabrication tools and machinery.
