First Achieve's Engineering Division is looking for a MIG Welder/Fabricator for a client in Battle who specializes in outdoor landscape products.
The position is for a morning shift from 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
Candidates must possess a Full UK Drivers License due to the location of the client's site.
The salary for this role ranges from £14 to £15 per hour, depending on experience.
Applicants should have proven experience in MIG welding or a similar role, along with knowledge of welding techniques and metal fabrication tools.

First Achieve's Engineering Division are seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator for their client based in Battle who specialise in outdoor landscape products and solutions.

Please note this position is for a Morning Shift (6am - 2pm, Monday - Friday, 40hrs/week).

Successful Candidate requires a Full UK Drivers License due to location of our client's site.

£14-15/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings, and technical specifications to understand project requirements.
Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to weld fabricated metal components.
Measure, cut, shape, and prepare metal materials such as steel, aluminum, or stainless steel for fabrication.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery (such as grinders, saws, and shears) to form metal components.
Assemble fabricated parts into final products using jigs, clamps, or fixtures.

Experience:

Proven experience as a MIG Welder/Fabricator or similar role.
Knowledge of MIG welding techniques and welding codes.
Familiarity with metal fabrication tools and machinery.
