We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for an Audit Semi-Senior to join a rapidly expanding Top 100 firm based in North West London. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with 2+ years' audit experience and currently studying for their ACA/ACCA. With a stellar reputation and a growing client base driven by referrals, our client is looking for a motivated professional to help continue their success and play an active role in the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with audits from planning through to completion, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Supervise junior staff and provide on-the-job training, helping them develop their skills.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and excellent service throughout engagements.
  • Review financial statements and other key deliverables to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Support the senior team with identifying risks, developing audit plans, and providing strategic insights to clients.
  • Engage with clients and senior management, helping to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for further support.
Professional Experience Required:
  • 2+ years' audit experience in a practice setting.
  • Actively studying towards ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Solid experience assisting with audits and exposure to a wide range of clients.
  • Experience with accounts preparation is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build client relationships.
  • A proactive, adaptable attitude with a keen eye for detail.
