As a Graduate Audit and Accounts Trainee, you will be working within a supportive environment where you will be encouraged to develop and progress, with a full study package provided to work towards your ACA qualification.

We are seeking motivated, self-starters who are forward thinking and proactive, with strong communication and organisational skills to join our client's Graduate Training Programme.

Successful candidates will need to have a 2:1 degree (in any subject) and high GCSE and A-Level grades (A* to C).

Applicants are required to have a valid UK driving licence.

The Role

Over 3-4 years you will work towards the ACA qualification which covers a wide range of topics, from Business, Technology and Finance to Financial Accounting and Reporting and Strategic Business Management, gaining an internationally recognised qualification.

Alongside your studies, you will be working within the fast-paced audit and accounts department, gaining hands on experience while working on a variety of clients in a wide range of sectors. This could be working closely with a manager, preparing annual financial statements, or working on audits as part of a team with other trainees and qualified staff, working from the office or out on client sites. During this time, you will have the opportunity to develop your critical thinking, time management and communication skills in a fast-paced, but supportive environment.
