Our client is a start up going from strength to strength. They're a forward thinking, diverse company offering a fantastic range of products that both interest and excite clients. Existing clients include Google, Starbucks, Hermes and Tiktok!

Due to continued growth they're expanding and looking to recruit a graduate to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries from both prospective and existing clients, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience. This role will involve liaising with all company departments and third-party suppliers.

Full training, fantastic career development in a vibrant and dynamic company with an OTE of up to £45k.

Mon - Fri 9 - 5 office based, free car parking.

Duties include

  • Answering inbound telephone calls and managing incoming sales email requests
  • Following the required process through the sales funnel to maximise conversion
  • Following up on quotes via telephone and email
  • Addressing and resolving client queries and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Providing administrative support, including preparing client quotations, proforma invoices, and RFPs
  • Ensuring full payments are received before dispatching items
  • Keeping the company CRM updated with conversations, quotations, client notes, and other relevant information
  • Managing incoming Web Chat enquiries

Skills/Experience

  • A genuine interest in commercial sales
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent team player - able to mix in a lively environment
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to multitask in a start-up environment
  • Strong attention to detail and integrity
  • Ability to remain calm and composed, even in challenging situations
  • Cooperative and pleasant demeanour
