Pentagon Technical Services are currently looking for an Administrator/Travel Coordinator to source and booktravel, accommodation and logistics for the whole company. You will be part of the HR team butable towork independently.

Key Deliverables

The following duties fall within the purview of this role:

  • Work with the HR team on sourcing and booking flights.
  • Source accommodation for the UK and Europe; this can be hotels and serviced appartments.
  • Answer the company phone.
  • Attend meetings regarding accommodation and travel and present to the Managing Director.
  • Speak with new employees regarding travel and accomodation.
  • Manage email boxes and process onto the CRM.
  • Manage uniform and order when needed.
  • Send uniform to the relevent new employees.
  • Order back office supplies keeping the stationary cupboard full.

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Excellent cutomer service.
  • Can work as a team but also independently who is able to motivate themselves.
  • IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
