About the role: Our client is a diverse company offering innovative acoustic products. Their clients include major household brands. Due to rapid growth, we're seeking an E-commerce / Digital Marketing Manager to drive their B2B success with a B2C approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to boost online sales and enhance user experience.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • AdWords Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Website Management: Maintain and improve our ecommerce website.
  • Analytics: Use analytics tools to monitor performance and prepare detailed reports.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the online customer journey and improve retention.
  • Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and customer service teams to align ecommerce activities.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
  • Budget: Develop and manage the ecommerce and digital marketing budget.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on trends and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:
