Responsibilities:
- Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to boost online sales and enhance user experience.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- AdWords Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns.
- Website Management: Maintain and improve our ecommerce website.
- Analytics: Use analytics tools to monitor performance and prepare detailed reports.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the online customer journey and improve retention.
- Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and customer service teams to align ecommerce activities.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
- Budget: Develop and manage the ecommerce and digital marketing budget.
- Innovation: Stay updated on trends and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- experience in ecommerce management with a focus on digital marketing.
- Proven track record in managing and growing ecommerce channels.
- Experience with analytics, AdWords, and overseeing third-party vendors.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and ecommerce platforms.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ideally office based
