Our client, a leading company in the construction industry, is looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be liaising with customers, suppliers and contractors to order and manage supplies and services of products and labour in a timely manner to ensure the ongoing efficiency of their build and refurb projects are met with constant communication with all involved.

The role would suit a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys working collaboratively and is keen to gain experience in a hands-on, busy and ambitious organisation.

Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm.

Office-based in Beaconsfield.

Salary is £30k - £35k per annum depending on experience, plus benefits.

Key responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of new client projects from start to delivery with ongoing management and optimisation.
  • Leading on data collection and preparing reports to update the management team on the project's progress.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with clients, employees, contractors and suppliers.
  • Acting as a point of contact for our programme participants.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assisting and supporting the project Directors.
  • Designing and controlling the project schedule with supervision.
  • Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
  • Providing administrative support.

Key skills:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a project coordinator or project administrator, managing medium to large scale multiple projects or programs.
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to prioritise and schedule tasks and work in a team environment.
  • Must be willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on success.
  • Strong computer skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to operate with flexibility and adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to problem solve and work pro-actively with high level of attention to detail.
