- Assisting with both residential and commercial property matters.
- Providing administrative support, including file management, data entry, and document preparation.
- Supporting fee earners in handling property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Inputting data and maintaining the firm’s client case management system.
- Communicating effectively with clients, solicitors, and other professionals involved in property transactions.
- A law degree or a suitable conversion qualification (minimum 2:2 or equivalent mark).
- Prior legal experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
