The Role: 

  • Manage and nurture a small client portfolio.
  • Ensure comprehensive completion of assignments before review by Partners.
  • Plan assignments to align with budgets and fee recovery, communicating effectively with the team.
  • Allocate tasks to team members, conducting regular reviews to uphold compliance standards.
  • Engage with clients, providing updates and working closely with the senior audit team.
  • Submit timesheets punctually.
  • Continuously apply and share up-to-date technical knowledge.
  • Report to and support Managers and Partners.
  • Delegate, coach, and assist in team management.
  • Keep in regular contact with clients, offering progress updates.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Organised and timely, with strong client engagement skills.
  • Proficient in IT, including Excel, CCH Accounts Production, CCH Audit Automation, Outlook, and CCH Practice Management.
  • Committed to ongoing professional development in line with Institute and company standards.
  • Upholds high professional conduct and applies knowledge of the industry to identify additional client services.
  • Proactively assists in meeting financial targets and informs stakeholders of progress and challenges.
