The Role:Â
- Manage and nurture a small client portfolio.
- Ensure comprehensive completion of assignments before review by Partners.
- Plan assignments to align with budgets and fee recovery, communicating effectively with the team.
- Allocate tasks to team members, conducting regular reviews to uphold compliance standards.
- Engage with clients, providing updates and working closely with the senior audit team.
- Submit timesheets punctually.
- Continuously apply and share up-to-date technical knowledge.
- Report to and support Managers and Partners.
- Delegate, coach, and assist in team management.
- Keep in regular contact with clients, offering progress updates.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Organised and timely, with strong client engagement skills.
- Proficient in IT, including Excel, CCH Accounts Production, CCH Audit Automation, Outlook, and CCH Practice Management.
- Committed to ongoing professional development in line with Institute and company standards.
- Upholds high professional conduct and applies knowledge of the industry to identify additional client services.
- Proactively assists in meeting financial targets and informs stakeholders of progress and challenges.
