The majority of their clients are located across the UK, but you may also have the opportunity to work with international clients, potentially opening up new and exciting directions for your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and developing a small portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are effectively managed.
  • Completing assignments thoroughly before presenting them to Partners for review.
  • Efficiently planning assignments to meet budget expectations and fee recoverability, while clearly communicating requirements to the team.
  • Assigning tasks to team members, conducting regular reviews, and providing feedback to uphold compliance standards.
  • Collaborating closely with senior audit team members to keep clients informed on assignment progress.
  • Applying current technical knowledge to deliver accurate advice and guidance to the team as needed.
  • Reporting regularly to Managers and Partners on assignment status and outcomes.
  • Delegating tasks effectively, coaching team members, and assisting in managing the audit team’s performance.
  • Maintaining consistent client communication within the portfolio, offering regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns.

Experience:

Maintain up-to-date CPD records in line with professional requirements. Uphold high professional standards of conduct and practice. Apply industry knowledge to identify additional client services, assist in achieving financial targets, and proactively address progress and potential issues. Deliver recommendations that exceed client expectations wherever possible.
