The Role:

As a Financial Administrator, you'll ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process for new clients and support the Company Secretarial Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process, working with sales and marketing teams.
  • Complete AML and compliance checks.
  • Maintain KYC documentation and ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure smooth client handover to internal teams.
  • Corporate Services Support: Assist the Company Secretarial Manager with statutory registers and corporate documents.
  • Step in to deputise for the Company Secretarial Manager when needed.
  • Compliance & Data Protection: Adhere to AML and KYC regulations. Ensure compliance with data protection laws and collaborate with IT teams.

About You:

We’re looking for a self-motivated Financial Administrator with:

  • Knowledge of AML regulations (desirable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and teams.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Experience in accountancy or professional services (preferred, but not essential).
