About the Role:
This telephone-based role involves initiating quality calls with potential clients who have engaged with targeted marketing campaigns. As a Lead Generation Executive, you’ll be introducing the company’s product range and encouraging prospects to see the full benefits firsthand. With a focus on consultative conversations, you'll bring a creative approach to each call, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful and engaging. Expected call volumes are around 30 per day, focusing on quality over quantity.
What We’re Looking For:
This opportunity is ideal for those currently in telesales or telemarketing who are eager to elevate their skills in a more strategic role. While comprehensive training will be provided, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in outbound telesales or telemarketing, with a track record in appointment setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel, along with CRM experience.
- A consultative and adaptable approach, able to pivot conversations based on client needs.
- Knowledge of open-questioning techniques to foster meaningful conversations.
