We are recruiting for a PA to join our client based near Beaconsfield and support two directors and their wider team. You will be based in the office and work either full time or part time (minimum of 30 hours per week).

Salary is £32k - £34k plus excellent benefits including annual bonus scheme, 25 days holiday rising to 30 and much more.

Duties include

  • Plan the Directors' work schedule to maximise the use of their time
  • Manage all emails, diaries, meeting arrangements and correspondence, screening and responding to as appropriate
  • Arrange regular meetings, circulate agendas and actions. Ensuring these are followed up with updates prior to the next meeting
  • Support with collating and recording a range of information from our site teams, including health and safety and quality
  • Schedule training for the management team
  • Take a proactive approach to supporting the regional teams with any other tasks that are required

Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role supporting Directors
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Experience in managing confidential and sensitive information
  • Flexible and able to adapt to what is required
  • Enjoys working independently, with a high degree of professionalism
  • Approachable and easily builds positive relationships with colleagues
