Travel Sales Specialists wanted to join a dynamic, fun and growing bespoke organization. An exciting opportunity, that offers a friendly and inspirational workplace with ongoing training, continual development, a strong social committee and the opportunity to further successful careers within the travel industry.

This is a full-time office based role, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, with a requirement to work weekends on a rota basis and with the option of overtime when required.

ROLE:

  • Answering and responding to all enquiries and brochure requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Creating and producing imaginative itineraries using expert knowledge.
  • Managing a portfolio of personal clients.
  • Creating a brilliant, ongoing and accessible relationship with your guests.
  • Managing booking administration from enquiry to return.
  • Attending shows, exhibitions and events on behalf of the company when necessary (this may include weekends).
  • Working to sales targets and KPIs set on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (individual & team).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A natural affinity for sales and customer service, with a passion for travel.
  • Travel or luxury brand sales experience required.
  • Knowledge of airline GDS preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and presentation skills.
  • Smart, professional and passionate disposition.
  • Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
  • Hands on approach and a willingness to be part of a dynamic team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
